Building products that ship,
leading teams that thrive.

I've spent 12+ years at Microsoft building enterprise products that solve real problems for real customers. From launching Azure IoT Central as a zero-to-one SaaS platform to leading Dynamics 365 Field Service through its AI transformation, I've been in the room where complex technology meets practical customer needs.

What drives me is the cycle: understand the problem, drive clarity, build the solution, ship it, and move on to the next challenge. I bring that same energy to the people around me. My teams have had zero attrition and multiple promotions because I believe the work gets done when the people are growing.

Outside of Microsoft, I served as Board Chair of United Way of King County, directing strategy and governance for a $50M+ nonprofit. I'm a conference speaker, podcast guest, and a firm believer that the best product thinking comes from getting in front of customers, not reading about them in reports.

I travel constantly by choice; it keeps me curious, grounded, and honest about what the world actually looks like outside a conference room. I'm authorized to work in the U.S. and the EU.
